Well if you have decided to break the TOS and buy gold here are some common tips to be sure and follow. You should expect to get your gold within 48 hours and if you look around you can find prices fairly cheap.

Smaller sellers may offer lower prices, but it just simply isn't worth it if you have to wait a week or more to get it. Go with larger suppliers with tons of gold available.
2: What is their customer service is like:
Test their customer service by sending them an email and see how long it takes for them to respond. If they don't respond for a few days then it may not be worth buyng from them. If they offer live support and reply back quickly, then it might be a good indication that they are a reputable company.
3: Do they offer discounts:
Alot of people don't realize this, but many sellers will be happy to give you a discount if you buy lots of gold in bulk. Contact customer support and tell them how much you want to buy, and see if they'll give you a discount based on how much gold you are going to buy. This is useful if you're buying gold for friends and other players.
4: What is their order cancellation policy:
For major sellers that are worth dealing with (see points 1 and 2) will often give a money-back guarantee if they cannot deliver the gold to you in time. Before buying from a seller, see if they will offer a guarantee like that. That way you have nothing to lose and you don't risk wasting your money if the seller doesn't have the gold in stock.

Gold Making Tip For World of Warcraft
Here is a great way to gold making in world of warcraft. Follow it and your pockets could be lined with gold!!
First you'll need to do the following:
1. Create yourself an auction house toon. Create a toon that is strictly for managing and selling your auction items. When you have created one be sure and add it to the freinds list of your other toons.
2. You can skip this if your playing on a PVP server - If not then create yet another auction house toon on the opposing factions side. Say your a Horde player, setup an Alliance toon and park it next to auction houses in Ironforge, Stormwind or Darnassus. The same goes if you're an Alliance player.
3. Also skip this if your playing on a PVP server - If not create a new toon again and move it to the neutral auction house in Wintersping, Gadzetzan or Booty Bay. D this also for both Alliance and Horede.
4. Now do a Google search for the website "Allakhazam" and bookmark it. Reason is when you search that site for items you'll get a "median AH price" with every search and you'll be using that to determine your resale value of the items you'll be selling. Get very familiar with the site before you start selling at the auction house.
5. Study your toon. Find out what its natural strengths are. A hunter's strongest asset is its nature resistance. The hunter can build a pet with the highest level of nature resistance and then turn on his Aspect of Nature. This will give his pet around 240 nature resist. Just what all does this mean? It means that a hunter can kill mobs that do nature damage better than any other player class in the game. Because each players class has its own strength. You must first determine what your strengths are before you can start earning large amounts of gold.
You will need about approx. 1,000 gold before you can start earning larger sums. Hopefully you followed the first five steps and have now determined what your toon's greatest strengths happen to be.
As a hunter, its greatest strength is nature resist. He can build a pet with the highest level of nature resist and activate Aspect of Nature, my pet will have approx. 240 NR. This will make my hunter very strong against any mobs that do nature damage.
For a level 70 hunter, the easiest mob to kill that drops a high priced item is an Air Elemental. You can find these primarily in Nagrand. Then turn on Aspect of Nature, let your pet tank, and kill three or four Air Elementals before you need to rest and/or heal your pet.
If you're not a hunter, you will need to find mobs that you can kill with ease. Are you strong against the undead? Then you would be farming undead for netherweave cloth. Are you strong against casters? Then you would be farming caster-type mobs that drop valuable loot.
The lesson learned in this tutorial mirrors real life: in order to be successful, you must focus on your strengths.
Just what exactly does this mean? It means if you are weak against fire damage, don't waste your time farming Fire Elementals or any other mob that does fire damage. Instead, focus your attention on mobs that you can kill with ease and then sell the items they drop on the auction house.
This is for the gatherers:
If you're a flower-picker (herbalist) or a miner, find that materials found in areas with mob levels of 50-60 can be quite profitable to farm. The reason why flowers and ore found in those areas are more valuable is because the bulk of players are not playing at that character level (50-60). That means there are less farmers there.. And that makes those items hard to find on the auction house.
Now you have a basic understanding of how to earn gold within game by actually working for it (aka farming), now get to work! Farm items, mail them to your auction house toon, and then sell them on the auction house. Save your gold until you have acquired approx. 1,000 gold cash.
After you have acquired a 1,000 gold cash, you should give yourself a pat on the back before before going on.
Do you know what the most profitable item to sell on the auction house? Motes? Primals? Cloth? Herbs? If you answered with any of those, you are absolutely wrong.
Here are the two, best selling items on the auction house: BOEs (bind-on-equip items) and recipes!

About how many hours did it take to farm your 1,000 gold? 10 hours? 20 hours? Twenty hours is probably an accurate number to farm 1,000 gold in loot.
By comparison, how long do you think it would take to farm a BOE item or recipe? Since the drop rate on both is extremely low percentage, let's just say it takes 100 gaming hours for every BOE that drops. And that is probably a modest estimate considering that I have seen only THREE epic BOEs drop in my entire World of Warcraft gaming experience.
But wait! Who said you have to actually farm BOEs and recipes to get them? That would be wasteing your game time! You'd rather be running Karazhan or Gruul's lair instead of killing mobs and hoping a BOE item or a recipe drops wouldn't you? Of course you would!
So jsut how do you acquire BOEs and recipes? Why you buy them on the trade channel or the auction house.
Here's what a typical scenario might go like: A player is selling an epic BOE sword on the trade channel for 500 gold. So before you send him a whisper, go to Allakhazam and do a search for the sword. You may discover the sword is indeed worth 500g. Apparently he has done his homework and is asking the correct price for the sword. Now send him a whisper and say, "I'll buy it, but it's only really worth 100 gold to me". Most likely he will proceed to promptly tell you off. But most likely he is desperate for cash (otherwise why is he selling the item on the trade channel?) and he just might take your offer. Oh the person may complain and try to get you to pay more, but make sure your answer is always NO. If he doesn't sell it to you, fine. If he does, then you turn around and put the sword on the auction house with a 24-hour auction and a buyout of 500 gold or more.
You should make at least 20,000 gold by using this exact strategy, and have fun doing it! You probably will quickly develop a reputation of being a "reseller". This is both good and bad. The bad is that people will probably get angry with you all the time, mostly because they are envious of your ability to barter and to make gold. The good part is that very soon other players will come to you with their BOEs and recipes because they know you have the cash to purchase whatever you want.
You should always limit your purchase price to 20% to 30% of the "median AH price" found on the Allakhazam website. This will leave a safe margin in case you need to resell something at a much lower price than the listed median price.
You now have knowledge very few wow players possess. Do you have the skills to implement it? Only you can answer that.
